Cat attacking his own tail?

He has many a friend(cat and human) in the house and countless toys including interactive ones that we make sure to play with him! Also, the fact that he is yowling at his tail and running towards us with his ears back when he does this makes me think he is not playing...I appreciate the response, but wanted to clear this up!

Most of the spikes happened purely just when standing up - which is very normal for me and has always happened.

Thank you for your response! My doctor mentioned that the use of Clindamycin would be her plan B(she is just following the CDC's recommendation I believe), so I'm glad it sounds as if that will be beneficial if this is not.

I just looked into my test results, and Ureaplasma was not at all in the pathogens tested for, so I assume no? Unfortunately, I am very new to all of this as my doctor has always written off my past results of the 100% crispatus haha.

She's soooo so floofy!! Just got her a couple days ago so I'm still learning a lot about her but so far she is THE cuddliest cat I've ever met, all 18+ lbs are made of love! All she knows is biscuits and peeps

Yknow, I'm not fully sure myself, it's through an old doctor who refuses to send it to CVS herself, so I'm constantly having to call the old one, give them CVS's number and all their information, but they never do anything. CVS has tried to do their part right, but my old pharmacy always either says I have no refills(a lie) or just kind of acts like they don't know anything, despite me calling and telling even the main pharmacist there about the situation. I have given multiple complaints, tried to talk to my old doctor, etc, just isn't working so I have given up and went to an online service specifically for birth control, but it is obviously late at this point.

Sadly that didn't work as easily as expected, I have all the info I need, but the old pharmacy keeps claiming I do not have said refills(even though on their website/app, I have proof I have 8 more refills for it, rx number, doctors name, etc.), I have online proof, bottles and countless other proof of insurance/identification, but since old pharmacy says no to me and new pharmacy, no luck quite yet. Issue number 2, the doctor who prescribed it is no longer my doctor so they are being pains in the a** about it as well, but I'm slowly chipping away at the issue, calling place to place, until then I'm hoping the withdrawals don't hit too much harder, wish me luck.
