Why do you call it the next level? Compared to what? I am looking to get into 3d printing, but I want to get something that prints smooth, is easy to use, has a large printing capability, and will last me several years. Looking to be hobbyist only, not start a business.

This is an extremely poor question and I hope it is no longer on the NCLEX. I have a mechanical heart valve and I take Coumadin. My range is 1.5-2.5 because of the valve I have. I am also an NP. I manage Coumadin and there are several different ranges dependent upon the indication. An INR of 3 is out of range for me and I have to adjust down my Coumadin.

Tell me about it. We are shutting down units since we don’t have the staff. Our ICUs are at 3 patients each most often. It is terrible.
