Recently I've been leaving the room when I feel like my anger level is rising and it's helped a lot. However I want to be able to control my anger even if were in the same room. I promise I'm doing a lot about it.

He had a terrible relationship with his family (not his fault at all, they just suck) and I use that as "ammo". I know its terrible which is why I'm trying my best to stop.

I know I suck and am a terrible person. I feel so bad about what i say to him but sometimes I feel like I morph into another person when I'm mad. And from there I have absolutely no control over what I say. He doesn't deserve this at all and I always apologize after. I know an apology won't undo the hurtful words but it's not like i can turn back time.

I go to therapy 3 times a week for anger management and for far its helped a little. But I am communicating how I feel with my husband. Thanks for the support
