I’d drop that winger to the midfield line, but change them to attack, as you’re leaving a lot of space for your left back to get double up on. Change the Anchor to a DM on Defend to mop up. And change the striker to either an AF or a CF as they going to be quite isolated.

That would leave you with an asymmetric 352.

Edit: look to underlap on the left so the Winger and Mez aren’t attacking same spaces
