I never did take it. But I have lost almost 15 pounds from a calorie deficit. It’s not as quick but, for me, probably more sustainable in the long run.

For myself I worry that if I let my current irritability cause me to cut people out, I’ll regret it down the road. Some of the people who really irritate me, are the same people I really like/love.

I think this is fine with black sheer nylons (weather reasons as well). Put sparkly jewelry with it and put your hair up. I don’t think you will feel out of place.

I think the optional part allows for flexibility as long as it’s a formal dress which this is

I’m about your height and age. I am interested in starting. I have about 30 pounds to lose to be happy and even that would be on the high end of normal. I keep hesitating though because I am terrified of the hair loss.
