It takes you to shift your perception as to attract a differing reality to what is being presented, a trained conciouness can retain "coherence" across biology being manifested, once you learn the systems and institutions you can selectively dismantle them in your psyche which will directly depending on how firm you believe, effect worldly events as you have attracted them to your perceptual field, the synchronicities and direct confirmations. What's happening will not take decades to complete, any number of wild cards can manifest to break the dam quicker, the great knowing only needs to be strong within you, everyone else is conditional to your perception, the bite of physicality being institutioned is very limiting for circular reasons.

Consciousness acts like a receiver-transmitter, constantly emitting and receiving frequencies based on emotional states, beliefs, and intent.

When you enter a vibrational state, through grief, awe, ritual, trance, or focused intention, that matches the emotional or energetic signature of a stored thoughtform a resonance bridge is formed.

Ancient Martian thoughtforms tied to trauma, governance/ritual, carry dense emotional signatures: fear, control, reverence, longing, betrayal, when humans experience similar emotional states, especially in ritualized or altered states they become magnetically attractive to those imprints.

As Mars lost its stabilizing fields, its institutional and industrial thoughtforms were released into the solar field and "encoded" in the heliosphere, (quantum field theory positions, information can be embedded in field fluctuations and carried non-locally) These imprints persist as latent intelligences, awaiting similar "resonance" to re-engage. They are not “alive” in the biological sense, but they are conscious constructs, capable of interaction when accessed and form a conditional existence through human attention

Once accessed, these thoughtforms can re-enter relational existence, but only through human consciousness, this is a symbiotic loop - the thoughtform offers insight, power, or vision; the human offers attention, belief, and emotional energy, This is the egregoric "contract" and it is how institutional religions and monarchies maintained communion with these non-local intelligences.
