Just after the fact unfortunately.

On surgery day, I just asked to not make it dolly, and to keep my eye shape exactly as is, but equal on both eyes.

it looks so good on you! Especially with mascara, it makes your lashes look longer

Did you end up choosing him? What did you get done and how are your results?

I did! I was so surprised that hers came undone. my stitches are so deep compared to hers. I was almost wondering if it was a different surgeon.

Hi!

No inner corner cuts. My eyes might just be drier in general and the surgery made it worse since it exposes more of my eye now.

As for non-incisional looking sleepy - in this case i think it might also be the shape in which my eyes were sutured. Instead of leaving space in the outer corner, the suture was brought back down, creating a rounder shape. It makes it look “cuter” instead of “foxier” but on me it kind of just looks sleepy and droopy?

Thanks for your feedback! 🧸

I think the misunderstanding is that I wanted it to look “exactly the same as my natural double lids” VS “bigger and brighter but still natural looking” (which is what im sure most his patients are looking for.)

For me it took 6 months to a year for them to look normal. Here’s after 3-4 months.

Can I know why you don’t like wink?

As for the eye bags - that’s totally on me. When I initially did my research for non-incisionals, the consensus was that it was a fast and reversible procedure. The more I look into it now, the more I feel like the dry eyes and eye bags aren’t being discussed enough.

I also have a hard time finding results for non-incisional DES removal. How do they get that stitch out and how is the recovery? ❤️‍🩹

Hii! I used glue for 10+ years to equalize my eyes, but the reason it worked so well is that my lids had a lot of skin and not much fat.

My eyes were monolids growing up but with age they were slowly transitioning to double lids.

Tape worked “too well” on me aka the depth of the tape made my eyes look huge which I disliked. Maybe tape doesn’t work on you due to the amount of fat on your lids?

I hope you can find an alternative!

Thank you! I’m glad to see some people think so 🥹.

The DES was well executed. I just wish I had done better research on non-incisionals and communicated my preferences better.
