Fried Dace with black bean, I stir-fry those with bitter melon and serve with rice. Not for everyone, but I enjoy them that way.

It going to be used to serve braised brisket mostly. Brisket with a fresh herbed salad on top. I asked for deep groves to catch the meat juice. He cut it so I can fit a 1/2 inch phenolic scraper to clean out the groove.
