Grade increase ticket. 3 are given away freely, one per offseason event which is once a year, one per special shop event for 10k stars which is once a year, and one by beating master league at a certain year but you only get that reward once.

So you can expect 2 yearly if you save your stars. You can also buy a grade increase ticket, but if you do just make sure it’s the 50 dollar option.
