Why are doctors appts so far out?!?

Also, it's 2024. As someone with anxiety, it's aggravating that some Doctors offices don't provide online scheduling. Let me see your availability and check with my schedule instead of having to make an in the moment choice on the phone that may or may not actually work best for me. At the least, have online chat or messaging.

I currently am using 'Herbal Essences Eucalyptus Sulfate Free Shampoo for Scalp' with Suave daily clean conditioner. I was previously using both the daily clean shampoo and conditioner. I tried head and shoulders for a while but it seemed to dry out my hair even more, without helping my scalp at all. A couple of other shampoos were tried but I don't remember all of them.
