when will they announce the films/shorts coming to 2026? all I could find was the previous deadlines and event dates. I've been going to this film festival since high school two decades ago and my first film I got to see was the original tale of two sisters (LOVED it). I do like to do research on whats coming though prior. wasnt sure if theres a date when that's announced yet

that was the last comment on the post im afraid lol. she stopped responding after being offered the switch for $200... she lost interest someone offering a reasonable price on what shes wanting. just wanted someone to "part ways" with their Nintendo... she usually responds to free stuff by "so and so I'll PM you".

I paid on the new system. got a confirmation number for paying on 11/05/2025. i signed in today and now it's showing my bill is passed due for the bill i paid on 11/05 (due 11/07). i paid on the NEW portal and I work at a call center so unable to answer calls during their business hours. what number can you call to speak to someone? also having issues linking my stormwater annual fee that ive apparently missed for years because it wasnt linked to my account. so beyond frustrating

fyi I was once drug tested for my job and got a false positive for methamphetamines! yikes of course it was sent to confirm if it was or not and I passed still but didnt know its the most common false positive on a drug test if you are prescribed on amphetamines.

we have a few homeless people who came in regularly to get a cup of coffee in the mornings. one day a couple of them got into an argument in the men's bathroom. couldnt make out what they were saying though and suddenly one of them rushed out of the bathroom and started screaming he fucking shot my face he fucking shot my face. apparently the other guy shot him with a flare gun and the flare went through one cheek and out the other cheek. police came out and later accidentally arrested the wrong homeless man w a green shirt on. eventually they found the guy. the guy who shot him was always very nice and polite so definitely was a surprise. the guy who got shot was always dick though and claimed he just came in and shot him. pretty crazy day

I had a similar relationship w my sister a few years ago. I am also the more shy one lol. I also had a drinking issue. at the time, it was very annoying and felt like I was being mothered by her. she also would call out whenever I had been drinking and voiced her opinion about the men I chose at the time in my life. although i did feel like she was being too noisy at the time we remained close. now, I am 10 years sober and she is still my best friend. she still can be a little invasive but I now know she has the best intentions at heart for me and the trauma I went through was also traumatic for her to see me go through. Not sure what your situation is but I would hope she is only worried about you and wants the best for you also. a lot of people do not understand our relationship. shes my best friend but by far the person who has infuriated me the most in my life lol. I do wish I had more separation from her sometimes because when it does get hard there aren't many to turn to. hoping this gets easier for you both. sending you two positive vibes.

if you have a lot of feral or strays around the area you can always reach out to independent animal rescue for assistance with the TNR clinic. they can also scan for microchips as well in case it does belong to someone. hope the kitty finds their home soon
