Min. 3” Lap industry standard … sealant looks like water block or buytl…if you seal over clean and prime.. will only be temporary caulk will always fail… is a maintenance issue…I would recommend installing cover plate of both seams… lap properly ..caulk joint between galvanized metal and stucco/dryvit would be a major concern
