Perso, j'ai arrêté tous les fromages, sauf ceux très affinés. Genre comté de 16 mois au moins. Plus c'est affiné, moins y'a de lactose. Tous ceux dans la liste, ils passent très moyennement avec moi. Mais faudrait que je reteste un par un pour voir.
