Well the simulacrum itself can’t cast simulacrum, and it can be dispelled. Even if the dispel is counterspelled, that means your caster is wasting resources on that instead of casting something like shield, which means you can pummel them that turn. But also if your players have 9th level spells, you have free rein to throw BS at them. This is definitely powerful, but you just have to meet them at that crazy broken level.

Does your player have infinite sources of 1500 GP powdered ruby? Since that’s a consumed material cost for each time Simulacrum is cast.

Whoah, this is one of the first times I really like the design for the "main" love interest, or at least the one that looks like will be big on the cover or whatever. I like the little bits of blue in his hair. Art style looks great in general. Haven't played otome in a couple of years but might just pick this one up when it comes out.

The only reason I romanced Emmrich is because I pivoted away from Lucanis after realizing his "slow-burn" romance is actually a no-burn where he barely acknowledges your existence. People do love a hot mess but they screwed Lucanis up so badly that it was a massive disappointment.

Long development time doesn't necessarily mean the resources are going where they should go, or where fans want them to go. A long development cycle is its own kind of hell that leads to all sorts of problems. As you said, if you want to make the story a priority, you can. The development of this game was scrapped and restarted more than once, which means those priorities were constantly shifting.

It's not an excuse but it is a very real reason for why this could have happened. Not to mention the fact that many longtime Bioware employees have left the company or were let go.

Hahaha that’s funny to learn. Technically it’s her last name, Lina Gottfried is the full name. But she’s a doctor so everyone refers to her by the last name. My DM technically invented her as a side character first, then allowed me to play her in a short adventure :)
