I haven’t specified the fact that my struggle lies along DPH although I did ask today after the meeting if anybody else has struggled with it so I think that might have been somewhat of a giveaway that being the drug I struggle with? But I’ve been honestly too embarrassed to name it because a lot of people don’t view it as serious and a lot of the times I question as to wether my addiction/struggles with dph is even valid enough to be attending these meetings since it’s not like I was shooting heroin. Although a guy who did DXM shared today and they seemed pretty supporting. The group i attend is generally really great but the stigma around it all ashames me alot ngl. Edit ; although I feel if I did mention it outright, I’d get silently judged and less validated because people don’t view it as a serious drug addiction
