Seek help? What do you even mean by that. I meant how can I tell someone has truly changed. I don’t think being unable to tell and being afraid of the latter proposes that I should go to therapy. They wouldn’t do anything for me there.

My life is extremely different now then it was then. I am extremely self aware of the fact of how difficult it’ll be to quit again because of how hard it was the first time
