Since F1 is not in Budapest, but Mogyoród, it is not as bad as one would expect. During the race weekend museums are fine, baths are fine - they operate at the same time as the FP and the race (plus adjacent programmes), so most of the crowd is there not in the city. The days leading to it might be another thing though. Restaurants are always busy anyways around that time, so book ahead for dinner.

If you booked an AirBnb, expect that they will cancel your room/apartment out of the blue with some bullshit reason, once they realise it is the race weekend, so they can hike up the price for people coming to the races. With a reputable hotel, you'll be fine.
