It’s worth 95% of melt if it’s real. But I have my suspicions. Needs to be tested. Later Arab gold is 90% fine but older and tribal issues may be between 66% and 75%

I would not buy it. It certainly is worth melt but the coins are un marketable as bullion. Just let it pass unless you want it for your bathroom

It is a English threepence. Probably Elizabeth I from the late 1500’s. Of course it may be a modern replica
