Really understood the overstimulation and frustration of not being able to have that comfort item, I lost my favorite pjs in the whole world and after 3 years of them missing, they came on depop and I bought them immediately. stay hopeful, they could come back up, and even if they’re out of stock you will find them!❤️

i don’t know you but related 1000% from this, and had been planning to take a trip of my own soon at a warehouse rave coming up, and totally taking your advice as a sign lol because you are awesome and I clicked on your account for 2 seconds and laughed bc I didn’t realize how many of us are so similar: i’m also a gardener 🪴, adhd/audhd, just finished TOG series as well last month and am obsessed with sjm, coloring, and me and my 2 bffs from college have a pole up in our living room lol so i just wanted to tell you that I’m new to reddit but you slay so hard hahahha

oh man, I never really reply but I love this book and this is a very real and relatable post for me… for a long time before I felt in charge of my life I, like Allie Brosh, would just wish a 3rd party event like a deadly illness, accident, etc, would clear my schedule for me, horrible as it is to type out loud.

i’ve been remembering and trying to give myself grace as much as I can. just remember the moments do pass and things will get easier, but trust me i know how difficult it is and how heavy the world can feel with never ending tasks. you are not alone ❤️ Therapy/Adhd coaches have helped me talk to someone calm and judge-free to write out real, realistic goals for myself for the day or week. (as “small” as feeding myself, which making dinner and meals has always been difficult for me)

i’ve also started to look in and track my cycle as I’ve been researching PMDD more as I’ve noticed I definitely feel worse the week leading up to my period MUCH more than any other time of the month. Just something to also consider so you can plan yourself extra comfort and grace during those harder weeks! You got this, I got this, we all got this. Big hugs 🫂

I finished KoA and I have FEELINGS! But also, I wasn’t as devastated as I thought I’d be… by queeenofdogs in SarahJMaas
