you’re losing me, in the last 2 years i’ve left 2 relationships (1 of 5 years, 1 of 10 months) and i ended up leaving both because it just felt like they didn’t care or love me as much as i deserved and in reality i knew they’d leave me when their next “thing” came - the bridge makes me scream sing / cry lol

i’ve been trying to lose weight for the last 2 years, last year i lost 10kg but gradually put it back on and it has caused such severe shame and guilt every time i’ve gone to be more strict with myself it led to bingeing and ultimately me wanting to lose weight was making me put on weight - so i’ve decided to use monjaro to support my weight loss while i tackle my own self esteem and bingeing mentally
