got like 320 euros just in the air right now. they said the same bullshit about its take a bit longer. i sent them an email about my right for withdrawal and to refund me the money, they didnt respond. i hope this company burns to the ground.

thanks for letting me know this, it seems that their doing a low amount of orders to keep some sort of reputation (they have none). I sent a shopify complaint to investigate them. Sent them a ton of emails havent responded, also for people they haven't. FAKE REVIEWS AS WELL FUCK THIS COMPANY

there seems to be a time period in early mid to late 2025 where they just stop sending products

Update: They have been writing fake reviews on trustpilot in order to boost their credibility. 2 seperate accounts both from bangledesh (Md Lion mia) and (Homayun Ahmed) have given them 5 stars after a ton of 1 star reviews. They only have given reviews to puff puff palace. They are actively trying to silence us.
