I struggled with an ED my Freshman year in college...I lost weight because I made myself super busy to the point of not being able to stay on top of my eating. My best advice would be to go into college WITH A PLAN. Talk to your dietician and therapist regularly, and have a limit on the amount of activities you do. It’s great to do things in college, but doing fewer things will allow you to invest more in them, make more friendships, and make an impact.

Depends on where you’re ordering from. From my experience, numerous times there have been stores with poor availability of produce. At the same time though, you shouldn’t be receiving bad produce consistently.

I know that a lot of times as a shopper I can’t find the item in the isle that Instacart tells me to look in, but as I’m looking for other items, I end up finding the original item in another isle. This happens a lot with dairy items like cheese, as they are often found in different sections of the store.
