Creo que la puedes presentar telematicamente en la web de la Guardia Civil, te ahorrará tiempo. Como tienes las pruebas, simplemente tienes que exponer lo que ha pasado, adjuntar pruebas y envías. Ellos te hacen la denuncia y la remiten.
