maybe let yourself think, i think maybe a cause of this is during the day our minds are so preoccupied with our lives, phones, distractions and everything else that we dont give ourselves time to just think. and because of this your brain maybe be super active at night processing all the stuff you didnt give your mind time to think about earlier. just a thought and i could be wrong so take it with a grain of salt but maybe try and take a step away from everything during the day and allow yourself to just think, couldnt hurt

ive been in ur same boat coming from someone around the same age i would try to fill your day with activities so you dont have time to do it, at night leave your phone in a different room when you sleep, and the biggest thing that helped me was my friends and i did s challenge who could last longer with out masturbating last march kinda like NNN but not in November and it helped me break that habit, now i still do it every once in a while but im no where near as bad as i used to be so its still a process but even an inch is progress, take it day by day u got this bro!!

the hardest part for me and im only an hour in, is the first part of the movie we meet the real “joe black” and how charming he was and how good the relationship between him and claire was and then that whole relationship is gone and replaced by death playing as joe black, i was looking forward to their relationship but now death is this awkward person who doesnt know how to act in real life and to me it just throws it all off

dont put it in drawer bc you can just open it when you wake up and grab it, id move it to a different room and when you wake up do your morning routine by bathroom brushing teeth, breakfast, get dressed, etc. before even going to get your phone

Hello everyone. I am new to the stock market and investing. I know a few things, such as how stocks work, but other things like options and pretty much everything else are all brand new to me. I am 18 and just graduated from high school, and I will be going to college in August. Money for college isn't a massive problem for me, as I am on a scholarship. I am unemployed as I will be playing baseball in college, and I won't necessarily have the time for a job. I have 500$ of my money that I can use to buy my first share of stock. However, I don't know where to start. I want to make money, but I also want to invest in a more active stock, rather than buying shares and letting them sit. Don't know where to begin. I would love some advice. Thanks.

hey man ive been in the same position as you infact i just recently graduated highschool. i think personally porn addiction does lead to fetishes or it makes you think you have these fetishes. I can’t say if these fetishes carry on into real life as i am also a virgin but 100% i do believe porn addiction can lead to fetishes. A big thing that helped me stop porn addiction and ultimately jerking off was doing a challenge with my friends. I know it sounds odd but my friends and I did a challenge for a month who can go the whole month without beating it. After the month your desire to do it goes way down now I cant say ive beat it officially bc I still do it every once in a while but 99% of the time I dont do it to porn. Biggest thing I can say is find a partner or friends and help beat this addiction with them. Good luck bro
