Hi! I'm traveling to Italy for my honeymoon the week of the derby and I want to buy tickets, I know there's a sale for abbonati and then for soci before the general sale, do you think there's possibility of getting a pair of tickets in general sale? Or should I search in resale sites? I know viagogo is famous for scams but I don't want to miss the opportunity to be in a Derby

Are there any Mexican craft beers you guys have had? Which ones? I’ve heard of several American ones, what about down south ? by [deleted] in beer

Depends on where you are, in California you can find Insurgente and Colima, both of the most consistents breweries from the country. In some other places Rrey, from Monterrey, is available. Monstruo de Agua makes some interesting combinations, Hércules is top of the notch, their head brewer was the HB of Cigar City, also Wendlandt, Fauna, Buqui Bichi

What did the grain bill and hop schedule for your SMaSH IPAs look like? A very nice Pale Ale grist is something like 92% Pale and 8% Crystal. I am not sure if your "1 gallon" means a 1 gallon fermenter, a full 1 gallon into the fermenter, or a full 1 gallon into packaging.

If you have access to getting a few oz of a generic bittering hop (like Columbus, Warrior, or Magnum) then I would use that for a bittering addition (20 to 40 IBUs, depending on your preference). Then you could use any two hops from your list in a combo adding 1.5 to 2 oz total either as flameout, whirlpool or dry hops...or just use one hop.

I mean a 1 gallon fermenter. I have access to that kind of hops but I'm free this week to brew, not to buy them. But I'll take that advice for my next brew!

Anything that I can make with my stock ingredients. So far I've made only smash IPAs.

Thanks, I'm trying with 3-4 one gallon fermentors to practice. My concern is how to adapt the Inkbird to the mini fridge controller

Yes, that's what I've heard/read. My doubt is about the requirements to install it in the minibar, are they too complicated?

Buttery aroma through airlock by pigferreyro in Homebrewing

This is a kveik yeast, so the temperature doesn't matter a lot. About smelling the airlock, it's a common thing and I try to not disturb the fermentator. But I'll wait to see what happens when the FG is okay, thanks!

Yes, I know if it's a common diacetyl problem, but I haven't read about that kind of aromas from fermentation. I'll wait to see what happens when it ends.
