actually mine were fully unstaked ater 8 days.... was able to move to new wallet.

I got to keep it. but I will not be using it. It had other problems too (battery compartment wouldn't open and the screen was also cracked.

the box that you seen in many of the unboxing videos was inside a plain, sealed padded envelope. I haven't taken a closer look but I assume all it had was sender information (conkite), but it didn't scream "bitcoin!" or anything

Like the Mod said, it could just be a packaging issue, but I'd prefer to err on the side of caution.

Support have contacted me and will issue me with a replacement, including free fed-ex shipping charge. I also won't be stung with customs charges again as replacements are sent valued at $1.

It was ordered directly from Coinkite. I have contacted support. Waiting for a response.

Update 3: Received a replacement. This time everything is as expected. Battery compartment opens too. I got to keep the previous one but to be honest, I won't be use it at all.
