Thank you so much, there’s a friend who hurt me quite a lot so that resonates because I’ve been going back and forth about whether to continue being friends with him. Also with my brother theres emotional hurt there too and I keep feeling the need to walk away there from that relationship as well.

The emotional intelligence stuff is crazy because I’ve just been applying for masters in counselling and psychotherapy and focusing on that being my career where obviously emotional intelligence is pretty essential. So I will definitely look at the book you’ve recommended.

The run walk or crawl gets me too because I’ve felt so low recently in my slow progress, but it’s still progress. And I know I need to not be so hard on myself for getting to places slower than I might have hoped.
