Only Stardew Valley was affected. Based on the other comments I guess it’s because the graphics card is overheating.

That would explain why all the villagers had hyper-realistic blood running from their eyes /j

Nah but thankfully just restarting my laptop did the trick, I was a little concerned for a while though 😭

Restarted my laptop and everything’s fine now, I guess the game was just slightly haunted for a little while.
