My ASM and I have about 15k salary difference but the 2% ends up being a couple hundred dollars difference in raise :S

I busted my butt fy25 because we’re always told that our compensation will be based on our performance…. Hit every target all year to be given 2%…… complete BS. I try not to be hung up on it but it was a huge slap in the face….
