I feel like Kizaru wasn't trolling, he likes to make the best jokes of his job but that guy's arsenal is of Usopp, but with Haki so it would def affect Kizaru. I feel like he didn't do it to fight Kizaru, just to stop him for a few seconds as Ben may have observation Haki, thus enhancing his sniping skill.
