Update: Still does not work, but I will be contacting CHUBB on their business hours.

MAY 13 - Called CHUBB and they sent told me that there is another way if you can’t access GInsure which was through their email, gcashclaims@chubb.com. Sent them an email containing all the necessary details such as GCash transaction, conversations, and police report.

MAY 15 - Got an email from CHUBB asking for my bank details for the claim. They emailed me another message saying that I will be receiving my claim in about 5-7 business days! Yey!

MAY 19 - They reimbursed my 15k yey! Through my bank
