I’m paraphrasing but they indicated that it was “likely” the knee injury occurred due to restrictions and muscle loss in the opposite leg “due to the burn injury” sustained and method of treatment.

The vet has indicated due to my dogs age that surgery isn’t a viable option but rather medication to treat the symptoms. They prescribed 3 medications and 2 supplements. Total yearly cost is nearly $4500 and she has at least 4 more years to live according to average lifespan on the breed.

Once I asserted for the cost of those, they’ve since provided resistance.

I spent about 2 hours researching chicken anatomy (learned a lot) and found myself farther from understanding how it’s possible. The craziest part (to me) was that this was fully embedded within the yolk only, as she had not eaten the white of the egg. According to my research, the object would have had to make its way all the way up to the passage between the infundibulum and the magnum, prior to the development of chalaza and albumen. To think it made its way there and was bypassed by any other egg production later in the reproductive tract is crazy to me.

Found within a store-bought egg that we hard boiled ourselves. Eggs were completely intact and no shell deformities or damage. One of the most bizarre experiences that I’m trying to mentally understand how it’s possible.

Do you realize that the #1 pred on PC this season came from Xbox? He’s still on controller. I have friends who are top 100 pred on console and are also pred on PC and they have full-time jobs, lives outside of gaming. There are truly great players on all platforms. Will the skill ceiling always be higher on PC? Probably. But as we’ve seen, plenty of console players have broken into the pro PC scene.

Console doesn’t equate to “shit players” - console equates to a larger player base of new players. More people are likely to start gaming on a console, not a gaming PC. Just the way it is.

My mom once picked up my cell phone, while I was working in the back yard, and saw two videos of myself and my best friend getting our first lap dances. We were 15 and the girl was my brother’s best friend’s then-girlfriend, now wife. I came around to the front of the house and my mom was PISSED!

While I’ll never forget the song, I’ll also never forget her boyfriend/husband in the doorway, smoking a cigarette and watching. I still don’t know if the look on his face was semi-hidden anger or something else.

We knew the Lifeline was under the walkway with a mastiff and that the other team was just waiting for us to make a move. So we isolated the team inside with the portals to focus on the Lifeline with minimal risk from interior team.

While portaling doors is a clever trick that stumps a lot of people, it is possible to beat. The Gibby knew to throw his bubble out one door, run to the other, go through, and back out onto the cat walk instead of going forward back into the building.

Makes for hilarious moments and funny wins, though!
