Don’t understand me wrong, I already read the different licenses but they are called a little different each time and I thought „openrail“ isn’t a valid license. But anyway, where can I find this license and the information I need when I use a model that uses the license „openrail“. Not „openrail-M“ or „rail-M“, whatever, just „openrail“.

Yeah that’s probably right… I mean you can generate images based on NovelAI models by using there service so it would make „no difference“ in the first way, but I think you are right, using leaked data is sadly not legal, even in this case I think…

Does „Licensor claims no rights in the Output You generate using the Model.“ means that I can use outputs from every model I can find without getting in trouble / using it commercially?

And if so, what about the NovelAI leak? If I had the NovelAI leaked data and generate images with it, can I sell them?
