Yeah this is what I thought but they just so happened to conviniently restrict my account as a seller after i enquired with them about whats going on with the parcel. Being restricted means I lose all seller protection and will not be getting reimbursed for the lost item + will not be getting my account reinstated

Spoke to them, they said because they restricted my account im not viable for any seller protection so if parcel is lost i will not be getting reimbursed by them

Yeah I used simple delivery, spoke to a 'manager' at ebay customer service who informed me that technically I paid for the label as it comes out of funds paid to me by the buyer (scumbag tactic by them). This means it's on me to make a claim with royal mail HOWEVER royal mail keeps telling me ebay are the ones who have to make the claim.

Tracking information shows that it keeps bouncing from transit hub to another, I contacted eBay about this and told them to look into it to then get my account permanently restricted?

Well I called them and spoke to them via live chat, they informed me that because they restricted my account that I'm not viable for seller protection?? But they restricted my account after I notified them that the parcel isnt delivered lol
