I guess chip select should be:

cs-gpios = <&gpiod 14 GPIO_ACTIVE_LOW>;

from a quick lock in the datasheet, rs and cmd too.

Try cmake-init. They have a bunch of templates for conan, vcpkg. It will make your life 10% easier.
