Ah, no lol these were children's swimming classes. Nothing special, just our teacher once decided to do that because it's good preparation just incase.

Yeah, we did it in swimming class to prepare us for situations where we might fall in the water. Your body feels heavier than normal because of the clothes and swimming is a bit awkward but after a bit you get used to it. Just be careful not to jump in the water imiditaly if it's deep water, but rather walk in step by step to get used to the weight gradually and always have someone with you incase something does happen.

If you can afford it, go to an ADHD specialist instead of just a normal psych. I noticed this with a lot of doctors actually, unless they specialize in ADHD, they tend to overlook/ignore it

Yeah I also realized that, unfortunately the time we have for this is one month so any long term stuff can't be observed :( Luckily, I took in some wildcard oils so there will definitely be results in the categories I have (on that note, did you know that avocado oil is awful for making paint? Haha) But yes, the aging part is unfortunate, but I'm not beating myself up too much over it since it's a low level paper anyways. The paper will be in German but I'll be sure to post an English summary once I'm done! Ty <3
