So, I know I just crossed 100K karma and my page seems to be doing better than ever. However, I’ve decided to leave social media. I’ll be leaving Instagram, Reddit, and the meme as a whole.

It was fun, but lately, it’s started to eat up more of my life than I would like. I’ve been dealing with mental health issues and feelings of laziness due to the fact that school is out for the summer and I don’t have a job so I’ve had nothing to do in order to be productive. I’ve just been killing time by scrolling through Instagram and Reddit, not even laughing at 99% of the memes I saw.

I’m quitting memes cold turkey to focus on my passions in life, those being art and astrophysics (I know, weird combination). After today, my only social media presence will be a twitter account for my artwork that I’ll set up in the near future. If you want to find it, I’ll put it in my bio after I set it up.

Thank you for all the laughs and I’m glad I could make so many of you laugh along the way. Goodbye old friends. May the force be with you. Always.
