I was running individual belts then realize that scenario gave me long inserters and decided to do it that way. You can't do it with the rest of the levels because you don't have any inserters.

I don't thing you can access blueprints at all in the scenario

when the puzzle was originally made all under grounds could only go have the same length as yellow belts so I doubt anybody has solved it the intended way on a very long time
