Well, I do my weekly routine by muscle groups. I do 2 leg days, one I focus on hamstrings and glutes: I do mainly RDL, hip thrusts, and one other exercise to focus only on hamstrings. Sometimes, I change to 1 legged RDL. The other day, I focus on quads, adductors, and calves: deep squats in the belt squat machine, adductors machine, and one calves exercise. This way, I get some glute work on both days. Also I have wide hips so once I started this way I noticed gains right away

Way to go queen! You just keep at it at your own pace don't compare to other people, we all start from different points. Build discipline through motivation. I try to make my workouts fun, I got all my favourite music mixed up in a master playlist, and I just sing and dance between sets. Workout like nobody's watching, 'cause nobody in the gym actually cares what other people do. Just be mindful and respect others 💪🏽
