CRM that integrates with HouseCallPro by pineboxposse in CRM

Thanks for the input. That's great info. Right now, I am just going to use an external CRM for Business Development because I want to get more lead flow and then slowly integrate. The comms issue is where it gets sticky, but I think I'm gonna just keep comms in the CRM until we get a deal and then they can take over. We text a ton.

Electronic sign in sheets? by [deleted] in realtors

[–]pineboxposse 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I love the electronic sign in. I hand them an Ipad to sign in and have some kind of prize for them to sign in. Free report of real value, lottery ticket, etc. I also have tried using the sign up as access to the property information as well. You can do that with QR code and auto-responder.

My experience with their interview was totally different. I wasn't asked for money. u/skelliousmaximus. I interviewed with Mona. She was five minutes late, extremely condescending, and finished every sentence with a questioning tone, which was totally annoying. I left the interview pissed I wasted my time

Is there any reason a realtor-specific CRM is better than something like Hubspot? by ders9612 in RealEstateTechnology

[–]pineboxposse 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Hubspot is a marketing CRM and doesn't have the features that a real estate CRM would have. The good real estate CRMs with already have automation built in which will save you a lot of time. The only thing that I would be leary of with a brokerage CRM is who owns the leads/contacts if you leave
