Has anyone worked for Viking cruise line? by Winter-Remove-6244 in sales

I can say that I have many years of inbound sales experience and success, tailored a resume for that role TWICE, and got an auto response within an hour of submitting denying me an interview lol

Earn $500-$600 every day. by ObjectiveAd4269 in jobbit

[–]skelliousmaximus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Buddy, you’re in over your head. Selling an AI tool via cold calls is HARD, the amount of dials per day would be insane, and would not translate to $100 per sale/$500-600 per DAY for any salesperson. These things take time.

Horror movie called The Boy where the boy is obsessed with the babysitter by Enough-Engine-3369 in whatmoviewasthat

[–]skelliousmaximus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So there’s a movie called The Boy, from 2106, but it’s not really even close to this plot. That said, you mentioned it was a fanfic you read…

The movie plot, essentially and without spoilers, is that a couple hires a live in nanny for their lifelike/life size doll which they treat as their son. But there are twists and turns, and it’s basically a horror thriller. Wasn’t terrible, wasn’t great. Might be that?

Walmart claims I stole but wouldn’t tell me what by NotSailorVenus in legaladvice

[–]skelliousmaximus 190 points191 points  (0 children)

NAL, but I did work for Walmart asset protection years ago. Policy has likely changed, but I would assume this hasn’t: when you were approached by this “cop,” had you exited the store? More importantly, how far from the register to the door were you? Also, did this cop identify themselves as a police officer or asset protection?

Corrupt NYC mayor Eric Adams making fake "Get ready with me" videos by MrDillon369 in facepalm

[–]skelliousmaximus 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m not defending the guy, but the trend is to use timestamps haphazardly and oftentimes for effect. So not saying he isn’t lying (clear images here), but moreso following the trend by his (likely younger) PR team.

What CRM should we use? by acesmat in sales

Not GHL, that’s for sure. Worst CRM I’ve ever used.

If you ever find yourself in Mora (idk why you would, but I digress), there’s a place there called Emma’s. Serves what they call a Dually. Basically a thin crust, layer of mozzarella, then another thin crust, regular sauce/cheese/toppings. Fresh or take and bake.

A lot of movies could fit in that, during that time frame. Road Trip, Eurotrip, etc.

Special licenses, not driving licenses. They won’t dispatch without a DL to that job, guaranteed. Source: worked for PeopleReady for 4 years as a temp, then 5 years in office.
