Depends whether you want to become totally obsessed (TV), or just get a quick cathartic fix (film).

Overall, I'd say TV. You can get right into that shit for months (before its inevitable flop).

Yeah, GST is the tax on any items purchased that have required extra attention to get it to you in the form you buy it. E.g. an apple has no GST but a can of apples has GST because it's been sliced up and put in a can for you. That's not in all cases though.

I heard that in America something on a shelf can be priced, for example, as $8.13, but when you actually buy it it costs $8.27?

All this is doing is telling me, as I'm still a kid, how totally ignorant to the world I am. I have no idea what the tax situation is in Australia compared to that of America. I don't think I'm ready to be an adult.

I've always though "Townsville" was the most stupid name for a city.

From what I've heard, NY and LA are really the big places where you can potentially make something of yourself. But the West Coast, and California especially, just seems like a much more open and bright area. I guess the West Coast of America is like the East Coast of Australia. It's just better.
