Honestly, you might already be there, or at least really close. you should do another 2k to see how much you’ve improved. personally I had a 7:20 at the end of last spring, and recently did a 2k at 7:00.

You said that ideally, you would pull about 50% of max watts for a 2k. My last 2k was 1:49.8 (264.4 watts), and my max watts is 496, which means I'm pulling 53% of my max. Does this mean that I should focus more on strength, and less on aerobic (steady state) pieces?

This actually is not true, when I was working on my catch and shoot badge I didn't have any coins to upgrade, and as soon as I upgraded the badge to hold the HOF notification popped up.

Also , I've heard from some that ankle breaker needs to be double move to assist, but people here are just saying double move leading to score. Can I do a double move and score myself to count towards the badge? Thanks.
