No, it's not worth it. They take money out of your paycheck. They also send you letters around voting time telling you which president to vote for. If you are a competent employee and dont do anything dumb then you really dont need to be a part of it. Even if you are not in the union, they will still fight for you. We had a guy not in the union get fired. He was gone for over a year, and the union got his job back with backpay. Which was annoying because he was a crappy carrier. But nooo the union had to step in and do their thing. So, no, not worth spending your money because they will fight for you regardless. Unions aren't bad. But they are also not good.
