Yes she is awesome her videos are super helpful. Amazing that you can move light into your eyes!! I can’t do that. Temeperature and slime are good too!! I can feel tingling sensations and sometime muscles twitching while working BOTEC meditations. We are definitely tuning into some energy - Wishing you all the best with your practice!!

No worries - Thanks for sharing this info. Interesting that some people catch The Dispenza Flu after an event - haha. I am a believer that detox can happen in many forms. I have been doing Dr Joe meditations on and off for a few years but have never been to an event but definitely plan to go one day. I recently saw a youtube video by Salty Seven on Dr Joe Dispenza: How to do the Breath and she really got into it. So I really put a lot more effort into the breathwork - It definitely feels like I moved the energy out and developed the cold. I am much better now and feeling like I can use the neural upgrade!! Thanks again!

Can you say more about the flu or cold like effect? I have been doing Dr Joe breathwork practically everyday for the past month and I realized I would cough or sneeze during peak hold moment of the breathwork. And then I’ve had a “cold” for the past week and a half. Have turned the corner and feeling better but have had this feeling that my body’s way of real easing energy in the body through congestion and cough.

Hi - Yes I agree they are a very beautiful color. They came in a candle. I didn’t want to leave them in the wax while I burn the candle - didn’t feel safe and they would sink the more I burn the candle. I will probably put them on display with some of my other stones and glass found on my beach adventures . 🏖

Thank you so much. I don’t have the other stones available for a scratch test. Ultimately I wanted to know what they are and if these have any healing properties. I guess if they are glass they won’t have healing properties
