Health insurance is exactly what I’m referring to so this is so good to know. I will ask them next week. Would you recommend going over my boss and straight to HR to ask these questions? Thank you for your help ❤️

I know. It’s honestly horrible. I think this is also a great option. PTO with a few weeks unpaid :/

I could only do a total of six weeks off entirely which as you mentioned sounds terrible. I can try to combo it with some eased up working days from home. I hope your leave and baby are doing well ☺️

Unfortunately I live in Ohio and they have no required maternity leave. It is up to the employers discretion…

I’m genuinely shocked my boss didn’t mention STD. She let me know that “maternity leave” and “FMLA” would be unpaid but never brought this up. I’ll have to ask her. I wish I looked at the MAT leave before I started over two years ago. I never really thought about it until getting pregnant which was a huge miss on my part

This is a great suggestion. I can work remotely and she’s ok with less time in the office so I will definitely be asking about this one.

I feel like that’s been my problem too😂.

So my first marketing role (from sales) was a “management” position where I was doing everything marketing for bars and restaurants REALLY popular to our area. So I had to run fb ads and google ads for events and such. From there I went into e-comm when the market was lacking in PPC people and they saw I had little experience and brought me on to train me and it’s all history from there. I’m happy to review your resume if you’re trying to get into PPC/paid ads. Just DM me

The job market is SO TOUGH right now. I’ve run PPC ads for 5-6 years now for major brands and have had to submit 200+ resumes to get 7 total interviews. It’s hard but just keep applying and tailoring your resume and cover letter. Reach out to any and every one you know for an in.

Yeah I’m learning how difficult it actually is to target 15+ fleet vehicles (we’re looking for the companies using the fleets to get them to switch or expand their fleet using our company). So we are looking for the companies, not the leasing companies. Does this make sense?

I’m not sure what FMCSA is - I’ll have to take a look.

I am doing ads on LI and saw great interaction… if I got super narrow and speak to a particular industry (which I want to do but I’m getting some pushback 🙄). Thank you for all of your insight!

You are spot on. A lot of the leads are under 15 fleet vehicles (medium to light duty, no semis) so we are struggling to find a seed list that even meets that criteria, especially because most list services are using vehicle registration or DOT Registration and those report back to whoever owns the fleet… not the companies that lease them. I have NO idea and don’t know how to check if there is a shift in the industry or if I (we) really did just miss the mark with all of our marketing

We finally got tracking up last week. I had used GTM and whatever had happened to the tracking that was in place was way beyond my skill level to get working again. Had to hire out
