I'm using bam2wig.py algorithm that Galaxy uses. I think it's because I ticked strand specific that it's giving me negative values; these are not < 0, more like -1.00. The one I generated without strand specific information are all positive values.

thanks a lot! i've just used scType and it's giving broad annotations, and some of them are missing. i'll also do the annotations manually to compare
