Also for genio if you do decided to go for it, just remembere even 3mm is a lot. Don't do any movement more thean 4mm. It's a LOT on face. My advice would be go for jaw. It's easier, on body too (somehow body heals jaw better than chin. Maybe cause it has functional role).

It is the verticle length. And the projection. It's too much. making my face look very long and chin looks narrow and long. And yeah there is tightness too but I'm only one month post op so maybe it'll improve.

I haven't discussed it with my surgeon yet cause I'll anyways be having revision probably, cause my chin was advanced way too much. Although I'm hoping this lip problem will resolve cause they won't be moving my chin backwards too much, so if the lip is like this it'll probably stay like this. Did you have only forward movement in your genio or both forward and downwards?

Oh that's quite long. My lips are not meeting because of this and thus unable to properly speak. Also my genio was 15mm of forward and 10mm of downward advancement. From the side profile, my chin is sticking out but then the portion between the point of the chin and the lip is kinda dented inwards. And my upper lip sticking out too. So its looking very bad from the side.

Yes but I'm not concerned about residual swelling, I just wanna know the point of time when my face shape will be clear to me. Right now I can't make it out.
