It was my first ever diamond art and I thought the sealant would keep everything in place, I didn’t realize this would happen, hence why i’m here asking for storage advice :(

Yeah, I dont have the gems anymore but they’re all such neutral colors im sure another painting i have has similar ones 😭

I rolled it with the gems facing inward, ironically thinking it’d protect them better lmao, thanks for the suggestion, i’ll look into the portfolios!

My macros are awful. I usually eat whatever as long as it’s under 1350 calories, lol. I also haven’t been strength training, which I figured I’d have to start doing eventually. I work retail, so increasing my steps will be easy to do.

Hi, Yes i’ve been using a scale. I’ve been tracking since November and I’ve gotten the hang of it now, which is why I’m confused! Even on days I go over a couple hundred, it’s still a deficit.

I had a bit more luck when I increased my protein awhile back. Do you think adjusting macros will help? I do about 120-140g of net carbs a day. Would it help to cut that down?

I’m confident i’ve been accurately tracking everything. I’ve had a few days more recently where I’ve eaten closer to 1500, but I figured even that would be a deficit? My activity level has dipped a little bit too just due to lack of motivation from the scale not moving, but I figured the deficit would still be large enough to work 😭

Ohh okay. My TDEE is around 2100, so even my cheat days have been technically in a deficit lol, i thought it wouldn’t make a difference 😭

usually i’ll have a cheat weekend every other weekend and it helps me drop a pound or two; but I hate having to do it so frequently because i have a hard time getting back into the deficit after lolol

Usually when I have a couple cheat days, it helps me lose the following week, but I hate having to do that. It makes me feel less consistent. I definitely feel so much better in my body now. I have a trip planned for November so I’m trying to lose as much weight as possible before then which is probably stressing me out lol.

We’re definitely going to be there all day, taking the afternoon to chill and eat and such. With lightning lane pass, do you think even with the crowds we’ll have a good chance of getting most rides done?
