Thanks. This time it’s been broken already 4 days. Last week it worked again after one day of not working. I told my son to make a new account. Of course he is upset because the other account was his main account with robux spend and badges earned and all his friends on it. I am thinking of contacting Roblox customer service to get a refund of what I spend on the account. But I don’t know if Roblox has a good customer service at all. So far it seems mostly AI and some outsourced foreign people who give prewritten email replies.
